From December 2022 to February 2023, I collaborated with Matthew Lundbeck on his musical album titled Regeneration. I contributed my skills in videography, photography, audio engineering, and vocal performance. I took hundreds of photographs of Matthew on my DSLR, Cell Phone, & multiple film cameras. When Matthew refused to have a conversation around signing a contract, the project fell through. I have not been paid for my time nor have I been paid for my photographs that he is currently using on Instagram and Facebook. As of 9/15/23 the two photos that were on Spotify have been taken down.
I have sent him notice of his violation, and he has chosen to ignore me while continuing to use my photographs. I have offered him the option to buy these photos, and yet he refuses to respond. He has blocked me on all social media platforms.
Matthew claims to be a spiritual person while he willingly lies, steals, and uses intimidation tactics to get what he wants.
